These terms explain how Driver Leads works, what you can expect from our startup team, and what we expect from users.

As a 3-month startup project, we may update these terms frequently as we grow.

User Agreement

Be respectful, be honest, and use the platform for professional hiring.

1) Eligibility

Users must provide accurate information. Recruiters and carriers must be legitimate businesses looking for CDL drivers.

2) Marketplace Nature

We provide a marketplace platform. The DriverLeads team does not act as an employer or agency. Unlocks provide direct contact access.

3) Driver Profiles

Drivers control their profile data. Any data shared by phone or text for profile creation is done so with explicit driver permission.

4) Merchant of Record Payments

Payments are processed via Dodo Payments, our Merchant of Record. They handle global tax compliance and secure processing for all unlocks.

5) Refund Policy

Since unlocking reveals private contact details, refunds are typically not provided. If a technical error occurs, contact our support team.

6) Prohibited Use

No scraping, no automated data collection, and no harassment of drivers. Misuse of contact info will result in a permanent ban.

7) Startup Status

DriverLeads is an early-stage startup. While we strive for 100% uptime, service may be updated or modified as we improve the platform.
